Radmila Bakic has been a Personal Trainer since 2004. While pursuing Sports Coach Graduate in Sports and Fitness at Belgrade Serbia, she also worked as Group Fitness Instructor in the fitness industry. Rada has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, including elderly. She believes all health and fitness is rooted in a proper foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility, as these traits affect other areas of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength.
Her hobbies include: Triathlon, Ultramarathons.
