Hi I'm Hajar Hib, I'm half Moroccan and half Dutch. I believe being genuine, nurturing, along with being professional and driven, is an essential combination for people in my field. Before thinking of pursuing a Personal Trainer certification, I conducted one-on-one training sessions with Family, Friends and Neighbors to assist them achieve and maintain weight loss by specially implementing safe and healthy fitness plans for new moms. I have guided some of my clients in reversing health problems such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, depression and heart disease. Being passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals, I provide high-energy programs combining the latest techniques and exercise science.
I am great with teenagers, pre natal, post natal and elderly clients other than regular clients with regular fitness goals.
I believe, all our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.
